ThreatSafe Terms of Service
1. About ThreatSafe
Welcome to ThreatSafe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ThreatSafe's websites, software, products, platforms, and professional services.
ThreatSafe provides cybersecurity, compliance, blockchain investigation, audit automation, risk management, consulting, and related solutions, including but not limited to Auditious, ChainFlow, CeroLabs, and associated services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to access or use our Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
Certain Services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials.

- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Promptly notify ThreatSafe of unauthorized access.
- Accept responsibility for activities under your account.

- Reverse engineer or exploit our Services.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.

ThreatSafe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscription Services
Certain ThreatSafe Services are provided on a subscription basis.
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Enterprise agreements
- Custom commercial contracts
Subscription terms, pricing, and usage limits will be specified during purchase or in a separate agreement.
6. Payments and Billing
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services.
- Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
- Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Late payments may result in suspension of Services.
- ThreatSafe may update pricing with reasonable notice.
Professional services engagements may be governed by separate Statements of Work (SOWs) or service agreements.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, logos, methodologies, documentation, reports, and intellectual property associated with ThreatSafe remain the exclusive property of ThreatSafe and its licensors.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, ThreatSafe grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services.
8. Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of their data. ThreatSafe processes customer data solely to provide and improve Services and in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information received from the other party and use such information only for legitimate business purposes.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
10. Service Availability
ThreatSafe strives to maintain reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security updates, infrastructure issues, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Compliance Services Disclaimer
ThreatSafe provides tools, assessments, consulting, automation, and guidance related to compliance frameworks including:
- SOC 2
- ISO 27001
- GDPR
- DPDP
- MiCA
- SEBI CSCRF
Use of our Services does not guarantee certification, regulatory approval, legal compliance, or audit outcomes.
12. Security Disclaimer
ThreatSafe implements industry-standard security measures. However, no software, platform, network, or service can guarantee complete security.
ThreatSafe does not warrant that Services will be free from vulnerabilities, interruptions, errors, or unauthorized access.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThreatSafe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data.
ThreatSafe's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to ThreatSafe during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ThreatSafe, its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Violation of applicable laws.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
15. Termination
ThreatSafe may suspend or terminate access to Services at any time if:
- These Terms are violated.
- Required by applicable law.
- Necessary to protect platform security.
- Outstanding fees remain unpaid.
Upon termination, access rights immediately cease.
16. Third-Party Services
ThreatSafe may integrate with third-party providers and services.
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, security, or service performance.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
18. Changes to These Terms
ThreatSafe may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
